EAST HARTFORD, CT – Bakery On Main is a proud sponsor of Paratriathlete, Jennifer Hopkins. Jennifer has completed two Ironman and is the current Paratrialthon TRI III ITU World Champion. She was also the first person with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) to complete an Ironman. Along with training for these events, Jennifer works full time and is dedicated to raising awareness and money for the MS Society of Canada and MS Research. “I am very impressed by Jenny Hopkins’ story.
